I’m a project manager, content creator, and community strategist with over 10 years of experience leading social and cultural initiatives. Originally from Belarus, I now live in Philadelphia and work at the intersection of art, mental health, and civic life. I speak English, Russian, and Belarusian — and I believe culture is most powerful when it’s local, collaborative, and deeply human.
Over the past decade, I’ve launched and managed a range of impactful projects — from independent media to public events, art spaces, and social programs. My work has been featured in more than 50 media outlets, and for two years I served as a mentor at a School for Social Entrepreneurs, helping others shape and promote their own mission-driven ideas.
With a background in psychology (M.A.), I bring an intuitive understanding of people, systems, and communication. I’ve led branding projects, built creative teams from scratch, organized large-scale events, and developed platforms that connect people to culture and to each other.
Now, my focus is on helping purpose-driven organizations and creators grow visibility, find their voice, and build real communities around what they do.
Let’s build something meaningful together.
