In 2023, I launched Human Explore — my most personal and socially driven project to date. It’s a
YouTube channel about mental health, trauma, emotional survival, and the silent crises people carry. But more than that, it’s a space where pain is not pathologized — it’s understood.
With a master’s degree in psychology and clinical experience working in hospice care, I’ve spent years sitting beside grief, fear, resilience, and meaning-making. Psychology is not just my background — it’s the lens through which I see the world.
Human Explore is born at the crossroads of this experience and my work in cultural digital media. Every episode explores a psychological theme—trauma bonding, existential anxiety, emotional burnout—with clarity, empathy, and respect. There’s no sensationalism or oversimplification—just thoughtful, research-based content made for people who are trying to understand what’s happening to them and why it hurts.
I write, film, and edit each piece, drawing from science and story. The visual language is quiet but intentional, and the tone is honest. My mission is to offer knowledge that soothes, validates, and empowers.
Because when people understand their minds, they suffer less.
And when they’re seen, they heal.
