  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy that supports families, parents throughout their breastfeeding and parenting journey
  • Establish a warm, trustworthy, and modern visual identity across all platforms, aligned with BRC’s mission and brand voice
  • Expand and optimize presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and email integrations) to reach families where they are
  • Increase engagement rates 
  • Create authentic, educational, and relatable content featuring real families, lactation consultants, and community stories 
  • Clearly communicate BRC’s expertise in lactation care, education, and community support in an accessible and engaging way
  • Position BRC as a trusted, inclusive, and accessible resource for breastfeeding support and early parenting care
  • Drive measurable outcomes through social media: event attendance, class registrations, consultations, and program participation
  • Strengthen perception of BRC as an essential, community-centered resource that supports families from pregnancy through early childhood
