Expand and optimize presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and email integrations) to reach families where they are
Increase engagement rates
Create authentic, educational, and relatable content featuring real families, lactation consultants, and community stories
Clearly communicate BRC’s expertise in lactation care, education, and community support in an accessible and engaging way
Position BRC as a trusted, inclusive, and accessible resource for breastfeeding support and early parenting care
Drive measurable outcomes through social media: event attendance, class registrations, consultations, and program participation
Strengthen perception of BRC as an essential, community-centered resource that supports families from pregnancy through early childhood
