Minsk Wellness City Festival

"Territory of wellness" Festival.

Tasks:

  1. Organization of a children's zone.
  2. Organization of an eco-market.
  3. Organization of a sports zone.
  4. Organization of a zone for environmental initiatives and health consultations.
  5. Organization of a relaxation zone.
  6. Design of posters and promotional materials, design of event social media.
Strategy:
To organize an event for 20,000 people, it was necessary to gather representatives from various business segments on one platform: children, sports, leisure, development, ecology, healthy eating, and ecological consumption.

Results:
The children's zone consisted of 12 spots, including a climbing wall, mini-golf, tabletop games, creative workshops for making beautiful things from natural materials, children's yoga and Zumba, a play area for children aged 1.5 years and above, inflatables, scooter relays, children's football, and more.

The sports zone included 8 spots, featuring martial arts demonstrations and workshops, frisbee workshops and games, frisbee with dogs, archery, group fitness and yoga classes, and much more.

The festival market had 24 participants, including farmers and suppliers of farm produce, healthy sweets, honey, homemade cheeses, eco-friendly packaging, plants, souvenirs, oils, and more. All participants adhered to the event's regulations, which declared ecological principles of Zero Waste, Recycle, Healthy, Natural, and Home Made.

The relax zone and environmental initiatives zone presented an exhibition of organizations advocating for animal rights, addressing environmental issues, and helping people improve their health through traditional and non-traditional methods. Festival-goers could meditate, learn about wildlife rescue centers, discover ways to live without plastic, explore sound therapy methods, and exchange batteries for fitness bars. In total, guests brought 1,300 batteries to the event, which were successfully recycled.

In preparation for the event, social media channels were developed from scratch to announce the program: Inst (possibly Instagram).
